03/09/10 - DNA Sponsored Pros get it done at the UCI/ABA Winter Nationals
Phoenix, AZ- Black Mountain BMX played host to the largest gathering of pro BMX riders over the weekend of March 6th & 7th.
Over 137 pros from across the US and Europe hit the track to try to gain some serious money and valuable UCI points. DNA/Factory Madera A pro Tyler Faoro won everything until a bump in the main dropped him to a 3rd place podium finish. DNA Vet pro Joey Albright was crushing it all day and took a 2nd on the podium. Jamie Lilly worked her way through a deep women's pro class to get into the main and take a 6th. Sunday was a different story with Arizona's annual rainfall dropping all in one day. Jamie thought better of it and sat it out. Faoro slogged his way through the mud to the semi's and Albright chugged a bunch of DNA and powered his way to 3rd, making the podium again.
